I switched to Vivelle Dot after being on Premarin for 18 years. I am disappointed that my side effects of weight gain and breast tenderness are bad enough to make me want to stop using it. I feel it is safer than Premarin but I cannot live with the side effects.

this medicine helped, with no side effects. i found that i had to also ad a additional blood pressure medicine. reasons for this could been family history or job related stress.

I will never know what happened to me. But, for years I complained about anxiety and nervousness. But, my Endocrinologist have dismissed my symptoms. Finally, after nine years and learnign about Armour Thyroid, my depression and fatigue are pretty much gone. The anxiety has gotten better. But, I truly believe Synthroid helped to harm my central nervous system somehow.

cryselle is terribl. I was on a different generic version of low-ovral 28 and when my pharmacy changed it to cryselle I was so unhappy. the first week of taking it i was so hungry, eating everything in sight, my mood changed, mood swings, depressed. the second week i started breaking out terribly - more than i ever have in my life. huge cystic pimples that i couldn't pop. my face continued to break out until i got my period and took the week of placebo pills probably because i wasn't taking t... Since starting on this drug last year, my "attacks" have reduced tremendously and I'm able to work with confidence now. However, my biggest problem with Betahistine is that I have been experiencing severe muscle cramps recently which at times can be very painful. I have also lost some weight and I try to eat more to compensate! Is their any way one can ensure that he/she maintains her/his weight when on this drug? My sexual appetite has also gone down. Any comments?
