I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. My 6 year old son developed severe painful hives all over his body. His feet and hands became so swollen and painful that he refused to walk and could not even play anything that involved using his hands. This is the worst reaction I have ever seen in four children. I will never allow my kids to take this drug again.

It needs to be addressed that this drug can help you and hurt you all at the same time...god forbid you try to get off this drug...its extremely hard...I never ever had cravings to drink..and this stuff made me want to drink like you'd want a chocolate bar or coffee and you know I had to give in..now i'm fighting coming off this drug and the desire for alcohol...neither of which are fun...I have been sober for 6 weeks now...and I can only imagine what this drug has done to my already damaged... I bought this medicine to topically apply it to cure a ringworm infection I have. I tried the fast acting lamisil and have had poor results. Clotrimazole, yielded me with better results but it took weeks to do it. I had some reoccurence of that ringworm again just recently and used this same topical medication to do it and as expected, my ringworm is gone.
