I have been tacking Simcor for almost 3 months. In the beginning I had flushing and itching that was severe enough to bother me at night. That side effect has almost gone by now. However, I use to have my resting pulse around 52-54 beats per minute, just recently I've noticed that my resting pulse was elevated to around 68 - 74 beats per minute. I was having cramps and my doctor recommended Naproxen as a safe and stronger pain relief. It seems to be helping with the pain, although not a full relief from it. I would recommend this for someone who can not handle the harsh side effects of a strong pain pill but needs pain relief stronger than over the counter Tylenol.
