Moderately effective pain relief, but wasn't strong enough for my specific case. I was in recovery from an internal-external hemorrhoidectomy, which is extremely painful. My surgeon recommended Oxycontin or Percocet, but my physician, knowing my history, advised against prescribing a more addictive drug, knowing my potential for dependency.

my legs swelled and went heavy. I wasn't sleeping and not urinating freqently enough. my mother is 86 and has taken them for a long time with no side effects. my husband has just been prescribed them although he is not over weight and walks every day to work and around his work place his colestrol is 7.5. we have been healthy eating for a few years now so this has come as a bit of shock to him. This is a terrible medication that did not work at all. It gave me a rapid heartbeat and ruined my asthma. I could not breathe at all. I had to be rushed to the ER for breathing treatments due to this medication.

its reccomended that i take it by my doctor. i have no choice but to follow his advice if i want to stay alive. i dont really like pills so if i didnt have to take it i wouldnt take it. but overall i guess it works so it serves its purpose.
