My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. I liked to use the Zicam q-tips, but stopped when i heard they cause a loss of sense of smell. However, I still take the lozenges and think they work well, even if they don't taste very good.

Took just one capsule because it was recommended as a natural way to reduce arterial inflammation and prevent heart disease for which I have genetic predisposition.
