I am a clinical-neuropsychologist.I had a touch of arthritis but of late, I am having swelling and pain in my knees and the leg gets stiff. I was diagnosed with General Anxiety in 2003. I briefly went on Buspar and Effexor; Effexor practically put me in a fog, so I didn't end up taking it very long. I was prescribed this and Ibuprofen (600 mg tablets) after having my wisdom teeth removed, and it worked very effectively with no side effects if taken regularly as long as the pain persisted.

as I've already said i would not recommend this drug. i have been dealing with fainting episodes so my doctor prescribed Bisoprolol Fumarate as a beta blocker to see if it helps at all. the only things I've noticed are negative. Feeling very tired, vivid strange dreams,and now twitching in my leg muscle. my does is low .5mg once a day. My blood pressure has remained pretty much the same aound 100\68-102\70.
