Xanax worked both as anti-anxiety medication and for insomnia. Small doses taken before bed seemed to help me fall asleep and stay asleep for about 8 hours, however upon waking up, and falling asleep, I found that memory and overall energy were both affected in a somewhat negative way.

This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

I was wondering if anybody knows how long after the first or second shot these major issue occur? My daughter has had aura's and then followed by a headach and has had 2 of the 3 shots which I have decided not to get the third as this was not a problem before this. After being diagnosed with epilepsy in March 2011 and having extemely painful terrifying focal and generalised grand mal seizures, I didn't want to take potent antiepileptic meds with very serious side effects. I was extremely fearful of further seizures and went online and researched anticonvulsive medication. Also have a very stressful life - abusive mother, autistic son and very acrimonious divorce. I started taking mircette and then I switched to generic because it was pretty expensive for a birth control each month. After I switched I lost 10lbs, but I had cramps and a heavier period, so I switched back to regular mircette. It has been 2 months now and I have gained back the 10lbs and I'm always hungry even on my ADHD medicine.
