Xanax worked both as anti-anxiety medication and for insomnia. Small doses taken before bed seemed to help me fall asleep and stay asleep for about 8 hours, however upon waking up, and falling asleep, I found that memory and overall energy were both affected in a somewhat negative way.

Terrible! Try getting off this medication! It messes up your brain chemistry. I ended up in the psych ward after the terrible anxiety after trying to taper off. I did not alleviate any nerve pain that I had or still have. It's cousin Lyrica is just as dangerous! I would not suggest either of these meds. Antisiezure meds should be used for that purpose only. Clinical trials are not sufficient in data for use in neurological problems. Please research your drug before buying. The pharm... View full comment

Tarka is a great drug but I don't recommend buying it. The drug companies are way too proud of it and increase the price to the point that it is not affordable. The greed is sickening. Instead of paying $160 a month just get your doctor to prescribe Trandolapril + Verapamil hydrochloride separately. Two pills but the total cost is around $17 a month. Don't let the drug and insurance companies screw you. Since I've changed to the two separate drugs my blood pressure is still consisten... View full comment

I think Claritin-D 24-hour helped most of my symptoms but not all. It definitely alleviated my sinus symptoms, but it neither helped my dry, itchy eyes nor my sore, irritated throat. Throughout the years I have tried numerous allergy medications, and for OTC meds, Claritin- D 24-hour is the best that I have found. The nasal decongestant, pseudoephedrine, found in Claritin really does make a difference. I truly recommend this product to anyone who has severe allergies like me, especially durin... I take Ibuprofen OTC for headaches, body aches, cold/flu, joint pain, etc. I usually take 400-600 mg and it is wonderful because it helps with pain and inflammation with NO side effects. When I had my wisdom teeth pulled out I preferred taking 800 mg ibuprofen over tylenol, darvocet, hydrocodone, and percocet. Also, when I broke my foot and had tendonitis I was given prescription 800mg ibuprofen and it was the best thing for the pain and inflammation. I would rather take Ibuprofen then any o...
