This is the worst medicine I've ever taken. I was in more pain than before after taking the medicine, and maybe got 3 hours sleep and an entire day of not being able to move due to intense abdominal pain. I decided to stop taking the medicine after 3 days.

I take pristiq with wellbutrin(150 mg) every day. The combination helps to manage my depression and anxiety. I have a very stressful job and have had a tremendous amount of stress in my life due to personal and professional events. I was wondering if anybody knows how long after the first or second shot these major issue occur? My daughter has had aura's and then followed by a headach and has had 2 of the 3 shots which I have decided not to get the third as this was not a problem before this. I do like that it allows me to sleep better, but, it takes me longer to fall asleep. Since starting Inderal, I have had a lot of heart burn issues. It has helped some with my migraines.
