I am age 50 and take this for alleviating peri-menopausal symptoms. My hot flashes include nausea and fainting, so I absolutely need a hormone replacement drug to keep me normal. The only side effect I have from being on this pill for one month is a bodily rash all over (like heat rash) and acne on my chest and neck! It's very gross! Last five weeks have been Blood Pressure 130/84, 138/95, 127/90, 133/85, 129/86. Weight loss has been 4Kg due to diet and exercise. Heart Rate over those 5 weeks was 61, 62, 62, 64, 59 Bpm.

Every time I went home to visit my family, I would always wind up "sick" two days into my visit. I found out/realized that I was/am allergic to dogs (and we have three) but once I started taking Quercetin my allergy symptoms cleared up within a day (crazy, I know)!!
