I was on Femcon for several months. My skin became clear and beautiful. I had horrible cramps on other pills and hardly any cramps and a super light period on Femcon. I have fybromyalshia and often have headaches. I had less once I started this pill. I went off the pill 5 months ago trying to be healthy and thought maybe I would loose the 10 pounds I need to loose, but just went back on today because my skin was so bad and cramps were horrible. I take advil whenever I have a pain that isn't too intense. I've taken it for earaches and it lasts all day but doesn't completely take all the all the pain away unless I take two. This still is the pain killer I take most.

epazote can be found at the Korean farmers market $0.99 a pack fresh. Since I don't like the smell of it, I make the tea with a few fresh leaves and make coffee with the tea. It has help a lot with my arthritis and asthma.
