the only pro that i saw to seroquel was that it didn't seem to cause the obesity as bad as risperidal.

I was forced to take this drug for a colonoscopy after I vehemently told the Dr that I didn't want it and to use a painkiller and not an amnesiac. He told me he knew best and just used Versed. I have IBS, I was wide awake in excrutiating pain, tears were running down my face and I tried to scream that I felt like a weedwhacker was turned on inside of me, but I was totally paralized!!! Whenever I get heartburn, upset stomach, or diarrhea I use Pepto Bismol and it helps it all get better and I do not get any side effects.
