I was prescribed Promethazine after I got my wisdom teeth pulled and was given Percocet and vomited. I also felt naseous after taking pain medicaiton (especially since I was unable to eat much with the medication due to having oral surgery). The Promethazine was amazing because it stopped the nausea and vomiting. It also made me very tired but I didn't mind because it was nice being asleep while I was in pain. I take my prednisone when I am having an asthma flare which is rare, but the medicine does help tremendously whithin 1 to 2 days

I have had to add Comtan to regime because Carbidopa/Levodopa doesn't work for me on a consistent basis...it may work for a few minutes, to an hour or two or not at all...it's like the medication doesn't have the same amount of chemicals in it consistently.
