While Loestrin in an effective birth control method, for me and several friends of mine that have taken it have found that this pill makes you borderline insane. I was crying for no reason, angry for no reason.. Sometimes I would start to cry and not even I knew what was wrong with me.

I never get headaches but when I take Centrum for Men I get a headache and tightness in my chest, Headache and Chest pain stop as soon as I stop taking it. I stopped for 3 weeks - No issue so I thought I would try 1 pill today (taken on empty stomach except for Coffee) 4 hours later I notice I have a headache and chest tightness. I take it whenever I have cramps from my period and it takes away the pain in about 20-30 minutes! I feel better after taking it because I have no pain and I can concentrate more on what I'm doing rather than how I am feeling.

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning.
