I love this Birth Control and it doesn't affect my moods. However, I have noticed that my sexual urge has shot through the roof. THis is the only birth control that keeps my urges so high that I would burst w out some sort of relief. I love ZenChent. Now, I recently changed from Zenchent bc i had some breakthrough bleeding. I've been plagued by severe clinical depression, anxiety and bipolar disorders for 20 years. I've been prescribed several combinations of medications but have had very few periods of relief. I have been on Mirena since November of 2009 and I have never been so disappointed in my life. I am not a person that usually writes on these blogs and bashes products, because I believe that every person is different and reacts differently to medications! But OH MY GOSH! I recommend Topamax to anyone who suffers from chronic migraines. The only two side effects I do not enjoy is the loss of taste with soda and slight confusion at times. It's never to noticeable, but at times it does seem I get a little air headed. I rarely suffer from migraines and when I do get one it's never as strong as they were.
