Advil pm works in getting me to sleep and keeping me asleep for at least 8hours. I have experienced the most vivid dreams I have ever had. I can actually remember theses dreams all day after awakening. The next night I wonder what I would dream of next and sure enough every night I take Advil Pm I have such realistic, vivid dreams. I have been on lipitor since Dec. 2008 and I was having pain in my legs. I told my Doctor in March 2009 the last time and he reassured me that it was unlikely to be lipitor. Adderall did what it supposed to do. It kept me up for 48 hours straight. However, there was a consequent. After taking this med I noticed that my heart beat was abnormal. My blood pressure was very high and my emotional well-being changed. I was happier. This med also affect my motor skill. When I took this med I noticed that at times my hands were shaking.
