I took Lupron Depot in 12/09 prior to hysterectomy to shrink a fibroid. Never worked and now I have developed hashimotos and continued breathng problems. I had a complete physical in 5/09 and was in excellent health except for heavy periods due to fibroid. Wish doctor had give me birth control pills instead. Do not take this drug unless you have no other options.

I had my tubes tied back in 1990 and within the last 6-8 years started having lower back pain due to a tilted uterus, and some cramping and my ob/gyn suggested getting on birth control. Since I've been on Kariva, it has taken care of these 2 problems.

I had a very hard time when I first started the Cipralex, You name the side effect I had it, nausea, lack of appetite, problems with sleeping, crazy vivid dreams, dizzy, couldnt concentrate, anxiety (which i never had before). Those got better after about 2-3 wks of being on it. I was having the problem of tiredness so my doctor increased my dose so I take a half tab before bed. It took some time to adjust the medication. The initial dose was too high for me. I was crying, upset and had not motivation to be active. After the dose was lowered, my happiness returned but some of the pain as returned too.

Asthma after many years has become manageable and barely even there, but with the occasional upper respiratory infection, it takes something extra to knock it out. Advair does that, but I wish it came in some other form.
