I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. I've been bouncing from birth control to birth control for over five years. I've finally found some kind of stability with NuvaRing, I don't think I will ever change from NuvaRing. No weight gain, no acne breakouts as well as no symptoms from my menstrual cycle at all.

ibuprofen has done well to me i have never had any side effects although i need a very high dosage because it seems like im becoming immune and the pain doesnt go away. so i need a high dosage

I'm not sure if Benicar is causing the problem, but not long after upping my dosage to 40.25, I started having pain in my right hip, now limping and can't walk far. If Benicar is cause, can't get off of it quick enough.
