I had a terrible reaction. I took one dose (2 Pills) about a month ago and felt terrible. I tried it on 12/24/09 andafter only two doses of two pills felt sick, headache, dizziness, nausea I took two pills on 12/25/09 I experienced a bad headache, numbness on the left side of my face, nausea and dizzinness as well as fatigue. I am very scared!

I did go to the emergency room for this 2 days ago. But I did not know it was for this med. I googled it last night and figured it out. I stopped immediatly. But this is only my second day being off it. I feel I can't be alone w my two month old and 2 year old. I was only on it for 5 days. Please tell me how long it takes to get back to a normal state of mind please?

I loved Seasonique, until the 3rd month came alone... My period is 3 weeks early, I have horrible cramps, bad blood clots and parts of my uterus lining is coming out much more than usual. I used to be on Yasmin and went to Ocella (the generic version of Yasmin) which made me feel ill, which hasn't happened with Seasonique, but I am not sure the cramps are worth it.

I started on 5 grams two weeks ago and I could tell it was working. However, late in the day I could feel it wearing off. When I would take the 5 grams in the morning it helped with my libido and firmness but by the next morning it would wear off. My doctor increased the dose to 10 grams a day and I just started that. I am 36 year old female and was diagnosed hyperthyroidism 10 months after having a baby. I was prescribed 30 mg carbimazole a day and after 3 weeks of taking it I came out in rash and hives all over my torso, neck, legs and it got even on my face. I have awful menstrual cramps, and so, generally, when I can relieve that, I can think clearer and my emotions are more intact (hence my answer for the emotional side-effects above).
