When I switched from Imitrex to Treximet, I found relief was within an hour and if I had a bad migraine and took a second one after one hour it was gone. In the past, My severe Migraines could last on and off for 3-5 days at its worst. Side effect is heartburn. I want to thank my Pharmist Richard for telling me about the drug...I had to ask my doctor about it and then she gave me a sample.

I wish this drug was available in the US. It is a very popular drug in the rest of the world. I know it was a taken off the shelves in a few countries for some kidney problems that might have been caused in young children and others by it, so I am sure it will never make it here, but it is an effective pain killer if taken moderately, maybe not every day. Not one doctor will consider Liptor has any side affects. I feel horrible on it and it does more harm than good. I intend on stopping the medication as the doctors will not recognize any problem with them. I am going to holistic medicine as the physicians have no medicine available for this problem. The side affects I have suffered is immense from this product. No more Atorvastin.

I suffer from Psioratic Arthritis, I am on anti TNF Humira, which mainly controls the Psioriosis however the joint and deforming pain caused by my white blood cells killing my own body tissue joints has been slowed down, the pain or tightness and agravation of the effect still remains, Alcohol helps A LOT, of which it is one or the other before bedtime, My condition is nothing to do with The Gulf War pt1 is it when I was injected with a cocktail of autoimmune system boosting chemicals was it!... I find the withdrawal symptoms quite severe; a few years ago my doctor wanted to start me on something else but wanted to get me off Effexor first; within 2 days my sleep patterns were very disrupted with vivid dreams and restlessness, by the 4th day my body was shaking - almost spasmodic. I went back on the Effexor, but find that even one missed or delayed dose causes a hightened dream state, my mind starts to race and I don't sleep well at all. I fear going off it, but hate the dependency.
