Didn't do anything for my depression and Anxiety, but my severe migraines have just about disappeared, so that makes it worth to keep taking and I will ocntinue taking it as long as it helps my migraines as all other migraine medication didnt ever help.

Beginning in August, I started taking Super B-complex supplement which also contained Vitamin C and by october I stopped bleeding. The vitamin B helped the liver to absorb the excess estrogen in my body. I was bleeding for five months straight with pieces as large as chicken livers until trying this supplement,. I am now 51 and I have not had a period in seven months. I have no estrogen surges, no fiborcystic breasts, I feel good and just have some night sweats.

I woke up on vacation and couldnt sheep due to congestion. I had symptoms of a possible heart attack. I think it was heartburn/chest pressure and tingling in mt hand and lower arm. I am only 38 so I thought this was odd and did not wake my husband up to take me to the hospital. I was so scaredand have had symptoms for days! I had a bad reaction to this medication. I was feeling very drowsy , more anxious and agitated than ever.I took them for 9 days only as i could not continue having finished the last day with severe diarrhoe.
