Very effective treatment. Side effects are intolerable for some however. I developed painful gastritis from this drug after 3 years of taking it.

although focalin xr hsa changed my appetite, it has done so for the better... i am still healthy, but i eat less, allowing me to lose a little bit of weight. i do have diarrhea sometimes but it is not often, and besides that, the only other side effect that i have noticed has been insomnia; if i take the focalin less than about 4 or 5 hours before i go to bed, i sometimes have trouble getting to sleep. other than that, it has worked wonders for my stress and ability to get things done.

It was used post-shoulder surgery as a pain reliever. I stopped taking it because of its awful side effects that caused vomiting, nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and fatigue.

When I switched from Imitrex to Treximet, I found relief was within an hour and if I had a bad migraine and took a second one after one hour it was gone. In the past, My severe Migraines could last on and off for 3-5 days at its worst. Side effect is heartburn. I want to thank my Pharmist Richard for telling me about the drug...I had to ask my doctor about it and then she gave me a sample.

Would prefer natural medication but Dr. said Olmetec Plus is good. Ankles painful at tendons on heel and above. Urine is clear white. Kidney function down. He is watching that now. Taken this for 1 year so far and blood pressure came down right away and is good. I am watchful about side effects that Drs. don't tell or know about. This kidney stuff bothers me. I was on so many medications, it is difficult to differentiate which medication was causing what side effect. The psychiatrist at the residential treatment center put me on the benadryl because I was unable to sleep more than 2 hours per night. The trazadone was not helping me sleep either. The doctor was baffled as to how I was able to stay awake for all those hours when most of the medications I was taking had sleepiness as a side effect.
