I wish there was an alternative to this medication that worked as well. The yeast infections are unbearable, and the interaction with birth control (making it uneffective) is annoying.

It works effectively for me, but it doesn't seem any more effective than the over-the-counter Primatene inhaler. I purchased a Primatene inhaler after my prescription Albuterol inhaler ran out and have not since returned to have another prescription of Albuterol given. Primatene is more readily accessible, and a prescription is not needed from my doctor. When I first started Microgestin Fe I had irregular bleeding and started my period early and it lasted for almost 3 weeks. Then I went without having a period for about 10 months. While I didn't mind this it obviously wasn't good so I had to be put on medicine to restart my period and then switch birth controls

This medication I havent taken it for long but it hasnt given me any bad side effects or anything, I think it takes long for it to completely get rid of my folliculitis since I havent seen any huge differences but it has become better. Since its a cream it might wear off a lot on the clothes and not have a big effect.
