I had taken Advil on occasion in the past and was taking it this time to reduce inflammation in my badly sprained ankle. I had a reaction to it. It started with puffy feet and then swollen legs and then feeling bloated in my stomach. I get extremely hot and sweat even while doing mild tasks, its irritating but i could deal with it, to get rid of the pain. recently my sense of smell and taste have gotten very weird i cant be around anything without getting sick to my stomache and or wondering has that always smelt that way. etc.. and i have had an upset stomach through out use of the product

I have been using Advil PM for quite sometime now...(even though I know I shouldnt take it that often).. My right leg is now feeling restless ..like its coming back from falling asleep...but throughout the whole day...Ive had this for a month now...I'm glad I found this forum...After reading this, I am not going to take advil PM anymore....Any other experiences?

It is great to use before or exercise. It also works once you are already out of breath. On the down side it can take 10 to 15 minutes to help you catch your breath. It makes you hyper and your heart beat faster.
