This is a great drug that actually helps you focus,listen,pay attention, and actually calms hyperactivity. BUT it also makes me feel depressed and feel as if I am not myself by holding the real me back with pills. I try to enjoy myself with friends after taking this medicine but to no avail because I am so calm and always sad.

I have had Graves disease for twomyears now. The first approach was a gradully reducing dose of carbimazole, from 40mg down to 5mg. This took approximately a year. I tolerated the carbimazle well, though can relate the commentsvre metallic taste in the mouth and and upset tummy at dose change time. This lasted approximately three days until my body adjusted. Claritin makes me drowsy so badly that I have to stop doing my work and go to sleep. Day after I take the medication, I have headaches and feel dizzy. I also get nose bleeds but they are not severe enough to go to the hospital.

Celebrex works for me and increases my ease of mobility. However, I itch like a crazy woman in my hands and on my lower parts of my fingers. I bite them, they itch so much. I have several patches where I have virtually rubbed off the skin on my hands! It also helps with my hip arthritis. Other than the side effects, it is a good drug, but God knows what it is doing to my heart or liver.
