This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

My knee pain is often debilitating to the point where it's difficult for me to walk and perform simple tasks. After taking this drug I feel less pain and I'm actually able to walk around and perform my normal daily activities without difficulty.

I'm 17 and I've been on Ortho Tri Cyclen for about a month now. I finished the first pack yesterday... (today I started the generic) Well, it helped with my acne and my mood is fine, but I have been on my period for 28 days. I am taking the folic acid and b6 with b12 combo because i can't take a regular pre-natal. I am also going to start a liquid "vitamin" drink called Vemme.
