I have suffered from asthma all my life and used to use Albuterol before it was reformulated. The proair did not work at all for me. It did not puff out of the countainer far enough to be effective. I now use Xopenex HFA and it worked much much better than Proair HFA. I was very unsatisfied with the Proair.

I really haven't noticed any side effects whatsoever. I think it does a pretty good job at reducing the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, without messing up my lipids.

Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg. About two months after reaching full dosage, I started experiencing some side effects that I didnt recognize as side effects at the time. the best way i can describe it is that I started acting very unlike myself. It needs to be addressed that this drug can help you and hurt you all at the same time...god forbid you try to get off this drug...its extremely hard...I never ever had cravings to drink..and this stuff made me want to drink like you'd want a chocolate bar or coffee and you know I had to give in..now i'm fighting coming off this drug and the desire for alcohol...neither of which are fun...I have been sober for 6 weeks now...and I can only imagine what this drug has done to my already damaged...
