My daughter already had two autoimmune conditions - psoriasis and urticaria (hives), but she had never had trouble with vaccines before. After the first HPV, she developed Raynauds. AFter looking at this site, she will not have any more shots until I am 100% convinced it is safe for her. We have a family history of autoimmune issues on both sides of her family, including MS, transverse myelitis, Hashimoto's, and alopecia areata.

I have had bad asthma since birth and the old cheap inhalers worked amazing - not with proair. Recently my asthma has been getting worse with the change of season. This is the third drug for my MS that I have been on and I am generally very happy with it. I was on Avonex for a number of years and did not handle it well at all. My insurance would not allow me to go back on Copaxone, my original drug, which I liked very much and did well on. When the opportunity came for me to try Tysabri a few months ago I happily accepted and am not sorry at all that I did!

The first few days I took Trileptal I felt "drunk" but that vanished within the first week. Cognitive side effects such as severely not being able to remember words and short term memory loss were severe the first few months, but tapered off so that after the first 6 months I wasn't and am still not sure if it's the Trileptal or getting older (45) that's causing the now mild effects.

Advil liquid gels are helpful sometimes when I take it. i take it for cramps but i have mild drowsiness and dizziness sometimes. Also, sometimes after I take it, I lose my appetite or my digestion changes. Overall it is slightly helpful when it comes to cramps or pain relief.
