I found it to be counterproductive. At first it seemed to help my anxiety but eventually it caused depression bringing on further anxiety.

I have taken Xyzal for about six months and was fine with it; however, decided to stop the dosage about four days ago and noticed that my blood pressure is highly elevated. It's almost as if my body is "acting out" for the drug. Could it be addictive? I have NEVER had elevated blood pressure.

Has anyone experienced severe diarrhea from the Zyflamend? After taking it for 5 weeks and experiencing little relief of my back and leg pain I now have had diarrhea for several days. I have discontinued the Zyflamend and wonder how long it takes for the diarrhea to stop.

You need to report the muscle pain, you could get permanent muscle damage with cholesterol meds, I myself would not take it if you have muscle pain, this could indicate that it maybe is starting to damage your muscles and joints. I have tried five different statin drugs like baycol, zorcor and crestor....etc and they make me hurt all over, just got niaspan last night and didn't sleep and woke up lightheaded and had heart palpatations, probably won't take this either!!!! I've had chronic breathing difficulty through my nose, mostly during the change of seasons. I started taking Sudafed and now I can breathe through my nose. That means a lot. I take it three times a day now, and generally speaking, I don't have problems breathing through my nose.
