Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. My wife took Prednisone for treating a rare skin disease. She started having severe side effects like chest pain, restlessness, increased heartbeat, feeling mental madness, high irritability. Afte 2 days of taking it she had to be taken to emergency for recovering from side effects.

Taken azo for years about once a month. This time had to take it for one month everyday. Went to Dr. and there was no infection so still taking it once a day. Started having leg cramps in lower leg at night so bad that woke me up and had to get up and walk it off. Think it flushes out my natural minerals and that is what caused it. Started taking once a day vitamins and getting better.
