I've taken only immediate release niacin. With twice a day dosing, I've never had any liver issues. Every time I try three times a day dosing, I eventually get elevated liver enzymes.

I used Levora (Nordette generic) for over 5 years and it was great. However, I really like the idea of less periods. I have only taken it for a few weeks so I am not sure yet how I feel about Seasonique. I have expereinced some pretty extreme anxiety which I cannot attribute to any external situations (things are actually pretty calm in my life right now). I started this pill two months ago.. I began with having hot flashes at night, constant urge to urinate as well. About three weeks ago I started feeling numbness in my arms, and hands. I started breaking out around the mouth area, headaches, and a lot of bloating..I really began feeling like I was pregnant with bloating, nausea, and tiredness..
