I am 29 years old, and had been taking Lexapro for about 4-5 years. It worked really well for my depression/anxiety. I thought I would be on it for life. But the sexual side effects took their toll. Shortly after being treated with Gardasil I developed strange cognitive issues, joint pain, bone pain, chronic fatigue, and many other symptoms. Recently these finally lead to a diagnosis of a rare autoimmune disorder called scleroderma or CREST syndrome. I have no family history of autoimmunity and there are others who have developed other similar illnesses like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. Definitely do not get these shots if you have a predisposition for autoimmune disease.

After trying several other medications, Amrix was the first to relieve the intense constant pain in my head. I was extremely tired the first couple of weeks after I started taking it. My daughter is 15 and had her first shot 3 weeks ago and has had sever pain in her right leg.The pain starts at the joints and than shout up and now it is going up her right side lower back. She has had all kinds of test and can not fine any thing but the shot was givin on that side . How long dose the pain last? Know one has said how long the side effacts last and will it keep going up to her arm. Please help.
