I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Neosporin is an excellent antibiotic for use on minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. It does its job quite well and usually minimizes scarring and cleans out the wound. I would highly recommend it.
