I usually only have to take Zyrtec during the spring. It is really effective and my allergy symptoms are relieved. Since it makes me drowsy, I take it right after dinner and before I go to bed. However, I become abnormally drowsy and have a really hard time waking up in the mornings.

Esipram (Lexapro) saved my life. I had suffered major chronic disorder for 18 years and no other anti-depressants helped. Some (Prozac) made it worse. I was taking tranquilizers every night and seeing a psychiatrist at least weekly. The anxiety attacks were horrendous and nothing helped. I still cannot believe the difference Esipram made. About an hour or two after using the vaginal applicator I woke up with severe lower abdominal pains (felt like I'd been kicked there). After a long painful time in the bathroom I had a BM, then later,with more cramping, severe diarrhea. I at first thougt it was something I ate, then realized the last time I had those symptoms was the last time I used the cream. I thought then that it was food poisoning. Too much of a coincidence. I'm afraid to use it agan.

Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg.
