2 hand-fulls of cashews a day are equivalent to the average dose of prozac. For severe depression &/or alcoholism 1000 - 3000+ mg Naicin as well as at least 1000 mg of vitamin C will give you just as good results or better as an anti-depressant with no side effects and doses can been increased with no overdosing.

I was prescribed Cloxazolam about 7 years ago by a Neurologist in Portugal due to an irritating vibration felt in my head & neck, particularly when trying to sleep. The drug just helped me to sleep a little better. I started to reduce the dose to 1mg several weeks ago from the 2mg prescribed and then to 1/2mg 3 weeks ago and now I have stopped completely. I am a long time user of birth control pills, and ended up on Reclipsen just 6 months ago because my insurance would no longer cover my old birth control pills.
