Taking diamox for IIH. Along with the diamox and losing weight, my eye pressure has gone down and my field vision is better, still have a blurry spot in vision due to nerve damage. Swollen eye disc has reduced and no hemmoraging now in optic nerves. This drug makes me sleepy, drowsy and tired, right after I take it. And I usually take it after breakfast. I was taking one tablet before, and I went to the doctor to told him about the side effects of the drug. He advised me to rest for about 10-15 minutes after breakfast. I tried it, and I felt better somehow. He also reduced the posology to 1/2 tablet, and he told me to go and look online for more information about the drug . I feel that Trazadone has helped me being more positive in day to day living. I don't think about committing suicide and i don't feel like i am a waste of space. I have had Trazadone in the past and requested these again from my doctor,as i feel there are not as many side effects as many of the other anti depressants. I would recommend these tablets to anyone who feels like they would be better off not living.
