Hi, I have been taking Zyflamend PM less than a week. First time taking it, I noticed withen the first hour a sense of relaxation and peace. I began taking it because I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Also my joints, right knee have been giving me pain. I also have noticed in my hands and feet this feeling of lightness. It is a great feeling. I am excited to be feeling so good. Really amazed too.

How long will Gardasil's effects last for HPV? Does anyone know. How long before you need another vaccine or booster shot? There seems to be conflicting views on the FDA disclosures and very little out there about side effects.

I have been on synthroid for a little over a year and it has done little to benefit me. My condition has worsened making my skin even more sensative as well as my eye site and countless other things. I do not recommend this to other patients- there are more side effects than beneficial effects of the drug.

TriNessa has been a great help. It helps regulate my period. I now know exactly what day I am going to start and end. That is one reason I love it! Also TriNessa helps keep my skin cleared! I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Tolperisone had the additional benefit of allowing me to do some creative re- search, realizing that both exercise and coffee would be necessary to keep my brain and body functioning for more than about 30 minutes.
