love it!!! had problem in the first month with spotting and no problems with the spotting since....if it happens you are suppose to stop your pill for a week and let your period come before starting it back up. if the spotting occurs it is your body getting used to the new hormones and it means that your body WANTS A PERIOD. it should only happen once and if you stop the pill for a week and start it right back up it will be fine!!!!

TriNessa has been a great help. It helps regulate my period. I now know exactly what day I am going to start and end. That is one reason I love it! Also TriNessa helps keep my skin cleared! I have been coughing frequently and violently for approximately 10 years now. I used Flovent for several years and it has not stopped my cough at all. IAt my insestence I was recently given samples of Advair 250mcg from my pulmonologist. He did not believe it would stop my coughing. Started taking Aleve for arthritis inflammation and after initial dosage of 3-4 tablets a day, now take one per day. On those days of extra work, outside in yard for instance, I take another in late afternoon or early evening for pain relief.
