I have gotten terrible muscle weakness and joint pain. I have taken this medication for 1 year and 1/2. I have gone through a serious of test to try to detect the cause of my pain. I have used Medrol Paks every 8 weeks to help. Recently I read the disclosure sheet that come from the pharmacy with my levothyroxine. This is the third drug for my MS that I have been on and I am generally very happy with it. I was on Avonex for a number of years and did not handle it well at all. My insurance would not allow me to go back on Copaxone, my original drug, which I liked very much and did well on. When the opportunity came for me to try Tysabri a few months ago I happily accepted and am not sorry at all that I did!

i take this for bone support and lubrication, when i jog, or chew i hear cracking in my knees or jaw, so i take these for extra support.

I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot,and I felt able to cope.The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation,and very dry,sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.
