I haven't started Valdoxan, yet. I read your comments and I'm really concerned about the back aches. I suffer from back aches (more like AGONY) without any help form meds. My back aches are psychosomatic, no pain killer helps. I'm going to try this. I've been on just about every antidepressant on the market, except for a couple. Only the first one worked and only for 7 years.

Have serious concerns about this drug.Causing extreme pain in all muscles.My Mum was able to walk three month ago, now she can barely stand up. Her back, arms and legs ache constantly, worse at night. She was diagnosed with an essential tremor years ago.I have never seen her like this, despite the tremor. I am possibly taking agomelatine. I have been on a study for about a month now (there is 1/4 chance I am receiving a placebo.) It might not be related at all but since I am taking this medication, I often wake up in the morning and my penis hurt. As if the blood pressure was too high. Not too sure what to do. It usually dont last more than an hour and I never have this problem during the day, its always early morning and it actually wakes me up because it is so painful.

A year ago I started to notice painful bumps under my left armpit. I had gone to several doctors and they had given me a different antibiotic than Doxycycline. It had been a reoccurring problem for me so I just recently visited the dermatologists where he did tests and found it to be a MRSA infection.
