If a dose is missed I experience a buzzing sensation in my head...not ears...head. I also experience extremely vivid dreams....some unpleasant and scary.

At first, the medication caused nausea, so the doctors reduced the prescribed dosage for me and since the dosage was decreased, nausea also decreased and went away. Prominent side effects included constipation and weakness and there were multiple other mild side effects that went away as the dosage was decreased more.

I started taking Tri Sprintec in 2007, because I went to college and our health center only had generics (I had previously been on Ortho Tri Cyclen for about 3 months prior). I took Tri Sprintec for about 3 years, and was fine, aside from the abysmally low libido. It works for restless legs but lethargy, headaches, sleepiness, breathing not worth it if my husband can deal with my restless legs. The dosage above was prescribed but I have never taken the 3 a day. I took 2 the first day, and I was useless for anything, then 1 a day and still the side effects. I stopped 2 days ago and still feel the effects. Takes a long time to get out of your system.

Were you on the generic? I was--and took myself off it. Had a lot of pain and memory loss. I'm back on the armour now but will be running out of it in a few weeks. The doctor wants me to take the regular Synthroid now.
