Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg. I am breastfeeding my son, so these pills were a good option for birth control. When I was on estrogen containing pills, I developed painful cystic acne which left scars, and since Jolivette, I haven't had one pimple. The only things I do not like about Jolivette are a decrease in my breast milk supply, a constant absence of periods, oily hair, and horrible migraines that cannot be helped by otc pain relievers that can last for hours.

I think this drug was just pushed onto people because its a "non" stimulant, not because it worked. Iam 25 and have ADHD Inattentive. I already had a problem with anxiety,being tired, not being able to focus, and never having any motivation. Strattera just seemed to make everything worse! Although I must say it helps with anxiety...but I was so tired (constantly yawning ALL day) I didnt really care about anything. Once I cut my pills in half and got 37.5 milligrams per dose instead of 75, the night sweats weren't nearly so bad.
