Hi Aunt Fifi -- Can't help you on these capsules, but my friend who has type 2 diabetes went on a raw diet after watching Raw for 30 Days, about regular people who tried a 100% raw diet to beat diabetes, with huge success. Weird episodes where I feel furious for no reason...just descends on me like a migraine. My fatigue is better, maybe? At first, Provigil made a big difference, quickly wore down, and the switch to Nuvigil gave me a bit more energy again. It is doing something stimulating, since I've got much more anxiety and those rage attacks, but I don't know if it's really improving my quality of life or ability to function. I had a bad stomach bug and the dr, gave me this prescription to stop the abdominal cramping and diarrhea and it worked immediately after taking the first pill. I did get a little bit of blurry vision but not too bad. It also made me a little drowsy but I was taking it with phenergan also so that may be why.

cranberry extract supplement helps with the uti symptoms. awake every morning with headache and joint pain; take ibu fr that and it seems to help. upset stomach, unfortunately feel increased sex drive. overall mood improvement ;tho valleys still exist.
