I'm a runner and within 2 days of taking I had all my endurance and energy zapped. I was dizzy and it continued for months even after taking. I am now anemic and I feel all my problems started with this meds. I took it for 3 days and then a year later tried it again because my doc said it couldn't have been xyzal that caused my issues. Needless to say it did and I am still dealing with fatigue and anemia.

I have been taking Zyflamend approximately one month. I am a 66 year old male. The main reason I started with Zyflamend was because my PSA score is 4.0.. I usually take Tylenol whenever I get headaches and they work typically well. However, I think a larger dosage is needed because I don't feel the relief after a while.

Benadryl relieves my allergy symptoms but the few times I have taken it actually have been to help me sleep. Unlike some may assume, taking it with Singulair (which I use regularly) caused no side effects. It also worked right away.
