The whole process starts with getting rid of toxins, both external factors such as smoking and looking at the "gut" and any dysbiosis that may be in itself producing endotoxins from poor digestion and poor elimination. I used to take claritin for allergies but once zyrtec was placed over the counter I started using it. I have allergies to animals, pollen, and other outdoor things and Zyrtec works for all of them. It also works much quicker than claritin so I can take it on an as needed basis- although during the spring and fall I normal have to take it every day. I relieves itchy water eyes, sneezing, itchy nose and throat, and prevents congestion. Its worked great and I would recommend it for allergies!
