I used to not be able to sleep until at least an hour after laying down because I would constantly be thinking and simply not be able to fall asleep. After a few days of taking 3 mg before bed, however, I began sleeping within 15 minutes, which is amazing.

I added 5MG of this, then cut that in half, then cut THAT in half, to 10MG Lisinopril. My BP crashed (83/62), my resting heart rate was 50, and I felt as if I had to remind myself to breathe. I run 2.25 miles a day, this drug killed my sex drive totally (and I only took it for TWO WEEKS), I went back to 1/2 of a 25MG Toprol even though I hate that drug too, because my BP for some reason suddenly increased. Claritin is the best! only one pill a day and lasts for 24 hours and i feel great. best allergy medication out there!

Works well. The only side effect is that my appetite has increased considerably. I have become obsessed with food since starting on Crestor. I am left with the choice of either increasing daily exercise (which I already do considerably jogging 4 miles a day) or accepting the discomfort as I ignore my frequent hunger pangs. If I give in to my appetite my weight increases in spite of jogging 28 miles a week.
