Since I started taking Yaz, I am more emotional and feel depressed. I use to be a very happy go lucky person...I dont even recognise myself anymore. My friends dont recognise me anymore. I am not going to take my tablet tomorrow as I think it is the Yaz causing it. I will schedule an appointment with the doctor as soon as I can. I cry for no apparent reason and feel angry about the silliest things.

My depression and anxiety are much better. I haven't gained any weight as with other antidepressants. When I get aggitated or angry at something I can't seem to remain calm. I can't seem to control myself too well in these situations. I'm going to discuss this at my next Dr's Visit.

I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? Takes my cold away. I still have some sneezing and coughing, but it takes a lot of my symptoms away. The greatest downfall of the medication is that it taste horrible.
