I suffered with sever urinary urgency. It was affecting my life. I was prescripted sanctura and changed my diet. Now I can live normally again. I have experienced some fatigue and dry mouth but the side effects are managable. I am very happy with the product.

I'm 31 and have had nephrotic syndrome with flares every 6 months since I was 2. Bone density test shows my bones are stronger than most healthy people, but I drink a lot of milk. When I'm on Prednisone I cut salt out of my diet as much as possible (there's a lot of salt in milk) knowing that the more I eat, the more I will swell. i have been prescribed about 8 different tablets but all have given me serious side effects but not moxonidine so far,i have been taking these now for two weeks and all seems fine compared to the other medication i have tried in the past.

The cure is FAR worse than the disease. Pylera made me extremely depressed and just feeling bad overall. After I thought I made it through I chilled for a week, broke out with fever blisters and blisters on the tongue and spots on my fingers. Off of it two weeks now and still feel depressed and generally bad. Called the Dr.'s office and a staff said oh it can't be the medication see your regular physician and when I go there they say probably a side effect of the Pylera. SO WHICH IS IT!!...
