i take 1 tablet 3 times a day with my meals. I have muscle spasms and muscle cramps due to low calcium, so i take these to help me with these problems. They really help with my spasms and dizziness, if i stop taking the supplements i feel a big difference all the symptoms come back.

I developed Menier's in my early sixties. It took a while to control so that my specialist put me on increasing amounts of Betahistine. At six to eight a day it was mostly controlled although I had break- out episodes that put me in hospital overnight. I was also prescribed medication to control fluid , in my head, I guess. my eyes are more blurry, concentration out the window, my art work looks like a grade one student, take tyl. ex. strength for my back pain, I go all weird like i'm dizzy but i'm not. maybe my body is getting used to the drug, I've only been on it for three weeks, but I do not like the experiances I'm getting from this drug. I guess I'll have to get used of this drug interactions. Thanks for letting me vent my feelings. I'ts been so frustrating , never been through this before.
