I have been taking esipram now for 1 month and can say it has helped me tremendously. I take 10mg a day i the morning. It only took 5 days before i felt the anxiety decrease and my moods lifted. not sure the time period i wil stay on them for but for now my life is so much better because of them. I was always against anti depressents always considered myself mentally strong, we all have our breaking points i have experienced mine, and now i am rebuilding my mental health day by day.

I started out with 4 tabs a day but that was way too much. Doctor's PA told me to take 2 a day which was an improvement but side effects, although lessened, continued. I experienced restlessness, tongue sucking, mouth pursing, jaw clenching, rash on face, throat tightness with muscle spasm. I learned that these side effects over time can be life long. I do not wake up well in the morning and I get tired in the afternoon. Provigil keeps me alert in the afternoon and helps me to focus better when I have tasks to accomplish.

This benzo is a joke! Doc's are just being cautious by trying these alternatives, thus, not having to prescribe Xanax, Valium, etc. Stand up and tell your doc the truth if isn't working the way you would think

hiiiiiiiii. i was also addicted to banslochan because of its taste and i use to buy 250gm of it twice or thrice a month. one day that shopkeeper told me that i should not consume it in heavy amount because it can cause burning sensation in stomach, acne and constipation. and the same problems i faced during its consumption period. welll after that i went to the doctor he recommend me heavy doses of calcium and now im not much addicted n not facing these problems. if u have faced any of the a...
